Francois is a focused, creative & solutions driven Property Developer & Real Estate Business Consultant with a Certificate Programme in Foundations of Business from USB.

He is has Co Founded various companies in the Property Industry, which gives him an advantageous edge. His unique skill set sits very well in his current focus as Deal Maker & Capital conduit.

Raazik Nordien, Principal at UF Architects, has over 14 years of experience working with developers from initial stages of development deal assessment right through to the final product.

Raazik will be covering the professional team and building process, go through a Property Owners Check List and Property Fact sheet used to assess an opportunity, Zoning Regulations, Professional Team due diligence, and finally go through a case study defining development rights and assessing the development potential of a property.
