Participation terms vary by project. Where private shareholder participation is considered, minimum amounts and structural details are outlined privately once information about a specific project is shared.
All participation is structured through clearly defined legal arrangements within a project company, with full documentation provided to ensure clarity and alignment for all parties involved.
Has ZAHomes ever had a project fail, and what happens?
Full failure. No.

In the past, there have been properties that have not turned out as planned and we had to enact the exit strategy. We always have at least 2 strategies per property!
