ZAHomes provides automated lead generation systems, standard operating procedures, client management software along with support, guidance and insight to buying property.
STEP 1

We buy the property in a company name through a 50/50 partnership.
STEP 3
The local partner manages the property and business with guidance from the parent home.
STEP 4
After commencing our partnership, we both earn monthly passive income.
